A wandering Knight of Dalmascan origins, she's stoic yet sneering. She carries a blade that carries her penance. A life extended for greater toll. The Black Mage with a sword, as a Dark Knight with their art, Lyones is the Umbral Sentinel.

  A Dalmascan Knight.   Lyones fon Valevin was born in her family's estate in Dalmasca over eighty years ago. Her life was one of luxury and respectable status. As she grew and trained and studied, she was accepted to an Order of Knights that protected the kingdom and its people. Feeling it was her family's place to do so, she did so with grace and vigilance.
But when the invasion forces of the Garlean fleets came, there was no stopping their air superiority, and soon the territory was under occupation. Much was lost of Lyones' family and her loved ones. Lyones turned to darker paths to bring freedom to the people now under a new rule. The necessary evil to defeat a superior foe.
That was the summary of Lyone's and how she came to be what she is before you. However, there is much more to learn about her, as she continues her sworn duties as a Knight of an old code. She might as well do some good while she still can.

Though she isn't always open to lecture another on how sloppy or rigid their skills are. She may if the deal is sweatend however, she doesn't accept coin for her efforts. Could information or materials that she needs be offered?  Aether sight/sence    : (Daring?)Lyones aether is that of Umbral. She is a beacon to those of the Void, and Voidsent have a great challenge resisting not wanting to take it. This is from <Insert secret Lore>. Those who see it, it is as if a black & violet flame coats Lyone's aura. Yet it's tame.  Dark Knights & Black Mages    : (Easy to Challenging)Lyones is that of a mixture of a Black Mage and the Dark Knight's Abyss. She is, in a way, a spellblade, but nothing as a Red Mage. She is heavily more of the mage than that of the Dark Knight, but as a cover, Dark Knight fits the bill, so Lyones doesn't have to be bothered by the stupid laws or 'oooo tabooo'. She has a very long history involving these two disciplines. Care to learn?
